The real attraction to a community is "relevancy" to content that shows the visitors not only the brand or organization but the focused information they seek. Relevancy to "common content" is a lot different from relevancy to the mass messaging in the media or most sites focusing on a similar but yet unfocused message. Finding relevancy is typically found in smaller groups of people who seek knowledge and details that reflect their current needs.
